on 30/7/2021 at about 11:15 am I booked caream taxi from 217/A3 gulberg 3 Lahore (pick up point) to united christian hospital gulberg, Lahore. Captain did not arrive at pick up point till 11:30 am. I called captain he told me this is his first ride today and he is stuck in traffic and don’t know know what to do? Itold him cancell my service. I hired an other taxi and arrived hospital late. my appointment with doctor was delayed and was much bothered. later on I received notification from caream. they apologized for the cancellation of service. Today ie 31/7/2021 I came to know that PKR 280.00 two sides rent is outstanding againt me. which is totally unjust. The ride was cancelled due to fault of caream’s driver and not of me. It is to charge me without providing any service. Driver’s name, car brand and registration nr can be got from caream’s office Lahore. Kindly caream’s claim may be turned down being unfair and unjust. Even one time before this has happened with me while dealing with caream.
