Awful. Rather stick with uber.
Here’s my complaint to them.
” Today on the 28 November I requested a car from UOWD to TGR, I received an SMS stating he has arrived but when I check the location of him he was still around the corner and up the road. Never the less I was already waiting outside anyway but to surprise he wasn’t there! So he sent me the confirmation SMS when he wasn’t even near me? Then further more I waited 5 ‘minutes after where he hasn’t even driven past my stop. But proceeds to have come to a stand still according to your tracker. I messaged him asking where he was and I reconfirmed my location but I didn’t receive a response or even a car. By he time it passed 10minutes after he said he arrived. I cancelled and proceed to call an uber which got to me in 3 ‘minutes. Your service is absolutely shocking and the driver is worse. I was charged 18 dirhams has a cancelation fee and I don’t think I should be charged with it at all!”
