I had a booked a ride on 07-05-2018 when I called the captain to guide him the address at that time he was near teen talwar and I was at I.I. Chundagir Road so the captain asked to cancel the ride as the route was too long he said that : “madam ap ride cancel kr len bhut dur hoga on asking that if I cancel the ride I will get a negative balance which I don’t want because I don’t want to cancel the ride so he said “nai nai madam ap cancell kr den apko charge nai hoga meray pass cancel k option nai hai “
