With deep regrets Had the worst experience with the Careem service on eve of 31-July-2017. I booked the rides twice and both the captains after confirming the pickup and drop off points cancelled the rides AS IF i am the most stupid woman who will pay their penalty charges happily. Careem support kindly train your captains or otherwise shut this service completely if you guys can’t handle this anymore. Every now and then I face these issues and get the amount to be paid because of these irresponsible and unprofessional drivers. Driver 1 was Mr Uzair Ali and driver 2 was Mr Syed Azhar Ahmed. I am really dissatisfied.
