I’ve been calling customer care for the past one hour and no one is picking up the call. I’ve used careem on 20 July, 2017 after entering a promotion code.However, when the ride ended there was no discount and I had to pay the full amount and adding to that inconvenience is the inefficient staff placed at the customer care office, which is not there to facilitate the clientele at all.
