Aoa Sir, just a few minutes ago We dropped off from badami bagh lahore to bahria town lahore in the car Wagon R No is : LE 8684 black colour wagon R. WE paid 2965 rupees which was unexpected. The driver was so disgusting and didnot call from his number. He called from
02137131999 and i dont know what he did we have been using careem for so long this never happened. When we check careem app after payment there was not any result on any rides at careem. This is not justice to customers…. Please check out and inform us on this number… Otherwise we will not use careem app again….

About 2:00 pm i was calling careem caption for ride from RMI Peshawar, at first call there was a network problem but on second attempt he did not recieved my call anf ended automatically. Now careem charged me 138 Rs which is not fare.
We lost 8kg mangoes in GO-SILVER WAGONR LEA_7601. And because of indirect call , we did’nt have the phone number of driver.
