I booked a careem two times, my careem was showing that he car will arrive in 8 minutes but the driver was on gate with in a minute or so and 1st time I asked the driver to wait for 2-3 minutes extra, just because I was carrying a lot of bags, but he said that careem doesn’t pay us for waiting so i will cancel your ride. I requested him. But he cancelled the ride anyway and waited outside the college without careem booking.
Today I again booked the cab and he also cancelled the ride. And I didn’t know he cancelled my ride. I went with him to the daewoo terminal. I don’t know why the drivers are doing this now a days. May be careem offers extra money to the driver on cancellation of ride. Careem app was showing that the rider will arrive in 8-10 minutes and driver arrived within 2 minutes and both drivers didn’t inform me and cancelled the ride.
And due to their cancellation. Careem has charged me with 273 outstanding bill.
Kindly remove my bill. Because it wasn’t my fault
