Same thing happened to me last month when the captain charged me 2100 RS for a ride which costs me less then 500 max…..made multiple complaints
Ride doesn’t appear in my history
i get pre written replies saying sorry for inconvenience and 45 days if passed we cannot assist
Although still 45 days have not passed
Careem is fast losing credibility
By their approach of monopoly behaviour
Care a damn approach

I have being charged some amount from my number 0313 8704714 kindly remove this amount from my account also I m being charged bcz of cancel ride on my number 0317 8077017 kindly remove this amount from my account I didnt cancel any ride
Sir i can not collect your bonus sms.
Please solve my problem.
