Subject: Over Charges by Careem Capatin Name Azam Jan Vehical No AJD-773 on 24 September 2019 at 6.30 AM the ride book from house British Homes Rawalpindi to Railway Station Rawalpindi. of mobile no. 03452244791 The fare show something 200 hundred rupees but captain asked 600 hundred rupees. it is not good for Careemservice because the actual amount is an other.. attach a screen short for your further nec action. and reply me.
we booked a package for my daughters college and it was deducted from the credit card . I have the credit card receipt showing deduction . The card got expired after a day and the careem package became inactive . the total amount of the package has been deducted so ethically you need to provide the full package and also reimburse the money you tool as single time with out the package. It is so frustrating that you guys have a horrible customer service to at least talk to a human and try to understand the problem and resolve it.
