I was charged rs 700 for a mere 18 km (economy class) by mr Mazhar Hussain Khokhar car # YS-236 not only did he charge so much he refused to show me the meter throughout the ride. there is no customer service no or easy way to register a complaint which is frustrating.
I feel like there is a lot of publicity but no check and balance, which should explain the drivers charging as much as they like and getting away with it.
