Faced humiliation, delay and miscommitment from Careem service in Islamabad. Booked my careem car at 1315 hrs but the driver went to a different location insisting on wrong location. Careem call centre committed to send me an alternate driver. That also did not arrive. I booked another driver which also did not pick me and lastly was given another driver upon my debate with Careem call centre supervisor. I was charged almost PKR 200 extra without any discount
