Poor service.
Waiting since 40 mins
First driver was 5 mins away
Then he cancelled
Second was 8 minutes away – but kept going farther
When i called he said he did know where i was cause he did not have net. Asked him why he chose the pik up – had no answer
Asked him to cancel said he wont
Is now 35 mins away
Called careem twice
Waited 5 mins each time – listening to recordings
No reply – seriously disappinting
