Respected sir i booked my car at 4:51 the captain arrived and on way to my destination suddenly his phone got powered off as i had promo code been applied so it not worked and he charged me 160 and his behavior was also not good i dont think so i had an advantage of promo code and I’m not satisfied please look into this matter at your earliest.That ride is not even coming in my Careem history.
