Last night I booked a right from barkat market to bahria town on CAREEM and one rider accept my request and then call me after few minutes and ask me to cancel the ride but I refuse to cancel the ride and then he said ok Let’s see what I will do with you.. After 2 minutes I get an update that was we have arranged another captain for you. Then he arrived and picked us and dropped us at our destination. I’ve booked ride in 1168 PkR and when we reached destination the rider charged
3790 PKr from me. There is also careem is involved in this scam. I said him that I booked it in 1168 rupees but he didn’t listen to me and asked me for 3790 rupees. He said please register your complaint at careem and give me my money.. I was not in that state that I would argument with him I just pay him amount and when I check my ride status there were no accepted ride in my history and my ride was still in schedule list.. I pay him 3790 Pkr that’s too much. I very much disappointed that anyone can scam us using careem name.. I clicked pictures of his car that I am attaching.
Please look for my issue and resolve it as soon as possible. I hope you will do better for me thanks.
