i am a daily user of Careem but i am facing issue now a days and no one is resolving in Careem, all the time they are charging extra amount of Toll gate which ring road charges which is Rs 35 and careem is charging Rs 210 which is unjustified, i tried to contact careem on thier help line but unfortunately there is only 2 options of language selection thats it after that they hung the call
then i emailed but again unfortunately careem staff unable to understand my email, at the moment careem return my charges of Rs 105 and Rs 70 is remaining but they insisted me that they return all the extra charged amount.
my last visit was today morning from 9.47 till 10.40 car registration number was LEC 5849 secondly my daily visit Rs 450 and why today they charged 888/-
Kindly resolve my issue at your earliest thank you
