i hired careem cab on sunday 02nd, July, 2017at 05.47 p.m from gulistan.e.jahuher block 18, Billys paradise 2, captain was Mumtaz ali, having contact number 0307-6435612, cab was Nissan Mocco, Maroon BHM-745. Driver was on Askari Route and says to me that your location showing in Askari so i can not come in Gulistan-e-Jauher. then i said ok just cancel the ride, but he says that if i will cancel the ride then i will have to pay panelty. please you cancel the ride.when i cancel the ride a message show in my account with the panelty of Rs.250/-… Why i should pay this amount.please exempt this amount otherwise i will cancel my i.d…
