I booked ride from Valencia to Emporium Mall on 31.03.2018 at 7:12
I called the caption after few minutes becz he did’t move but his number was switched off continuosly. After some time I have no choice to cancel the ride to book new one due to urgency.
Its not my fault that you deduct cancellation fee from my account.
It is requested to refund me.
