We booked careem, captain Muhammed Arshad riaz to go from block L northnazimabad to kababji northnazimabad on 19th of March 2017 at 9:00 pm. Application showed he arrived but he did not appear..We waited for long then booked another car service.. I would suggest management of careem to look into such miss commitments which harms company good will and reduces the trust and reliability. Thanks
