I booked a ride from careem on 7th November 2023 and as per my ride it was Toyota Vitz car but they ride which came to pickup was suzuki Coure Alto. I did not notice it and took ride on careem from Mohra Nur to Abpara as I was in hurry, later on once I arrived at location Driver overcharged me by saying peak time fares I did not said anything because I was not aware about the careem fare policy in Pakistan as it was my first ever careem ride in pakistan. Moreover I paid 1000rs to driver to add in wallet and he said will show up in your wallet in few minutes but never showed and when I contacted with the captain he start making drama.
After few hours driver stop responding and once I contact with careem help line they raised the complain but they did not resolved it.
