Yesterday dated 17-05-2017, I booked a ride (Go+) from Movenpick Hotel and the captain was Ahmed Ali (Car is Toyota Corolla & plate # AXD-584) He accepted my ride & asked where you have to go I told him about the dropoff location. He refused to go and said our service is not available for that area. I said your service is available in my area but he is not willing to go. I said Ok but kindly cancel my ride. He said Ok & after 10 minutes He cancelled my ride deliberately too late. Due to his behaviour I paid the cancellation fee to my next Careem ride for Go+
