Today at 12.00 noon when I presented cheque No. 102943236 for Rs. 4,445/= of Soldier Bazar Branch to the cashier of Habib Metropolitan Bank Mereweather Tower Branch first of all they demanded from me Original NIC and then demanded photo copy of my NIC , which was not available with me I requested them to encash the cheque without NIC, they refused to me to pay this little amount of Rs. 4,445/- and misbehaved with me and issued me the return memo under serial no. 19 saying that due to refusal to provide coply of CNIC. I request you to look into the matter and warn to the staff not to misbehave the customers on this way, and under what rules they refused to pay me Rs. 4,445/-.
