Sir my name is Syed Hikmat and I m coca cola registered dealer in karachi pakistan as S.A.Qadri Stationary & Cold complaing of my visicooler which is out of order on 26 March 2018, they giving me complain no 582514 and told me to contact within 3 working days. On 10 April I received a msg from CCBPL that urs complain has been done. Without any visit & without solving my complain. Again I do complain on 11 April2018 giving complain no 613028 which is not done till now. I m very upset, daily calling on service centre but no positive response. Plz check urs staff and do favour urs dealer and plz appoint responsible staff.
