we cargo cell phone from kot chutta DG khan to Lahore 2-5-2019 but TCS agent Cargo it from 3-5-2019 and today 4-5-2019 ,we have received call from TCS office which confirm our location .but they not yet delivered and they have no response on that cell phone number from they call me.
we face many worries due to their non-professional behaviour and not delivery at the time .
kindly solve my issue as soon as according to track id : 45009932665.

I booked acell phone from faisalabad to kamra on 4 may 2019 the id of that parcel is 1066269508. That parcel is still not recived .please solve my problem
