with due respect, i am peace loving citizen of Karachi and know my rights. Today (26/12/2017) at about 1000 hours, I came at the Challan branch of Quaidabad, where the branch was closed despite of duty timing hours (0900 hours), I knock the window and a black outfit wear young boy (aged about 25 years) open the window and said “PARSO (28-12-17) KO ANA, AJ OFFICE BAND HAI”, where I asked that today is not holiday, why are you not giving our challan? but he did not replied my answer, so i repeat my question once again, and the young man angryed on me and passed hot words, but i did give him any answer regarding hot words and leaved the window.
The young man was very bad person and seems he is not a employ of department, he is boss of this branch, even the bosses never do these types of such bad things. hence this complaint against the black outfit wearing young man. An immediate strict departmental action may be taken against him.
