I purchased a 99 Silver voucher for EA Sports FC Mobile from TapShop on July 5, 2026, at 3:00 PM. The payment of Rs. 267 was successfully deducted from my JazzCash account under Transaction ID (TID): 716677795536 and Order ID: 2026070514595495634.
However, the voucher code provided (KV8HXUN7D898TRHZ) is being rejected by the official Meplay redemption portal with the error “PIN is invalid. Not generated.” The company has delivered a non-working/unactivated code and has not yet resolved the issue. I am requesting either an immediate activation of the code, a working replacement voucher, or a full refund to my JazzCash account.
