This review comes with a deep sorrow and remorse as what this business has become … absolute fraudsters and self obsessed overrated decoits..
I have been a regular customer of Chaudhry electronics for about two decades and slowly developed a feeling that they always overcharge .. but as a loyal customer I always ignored these things ..
Their pride & ego has become so much nefarious that they even don’t talk to their clients in a polite manner anymore.. their way of dealing with customers is as if they are giving things for free .. and the attitude of owners is now full of self elated nasty ego as if no one in the market can beat them anymore.
As per my recent experience, I had some repairs done from them and to safeguard the electronics, the salesperson offered me some chines voltage regulator switch (despite my demand of Dolphin switch, which i’ve been using on various other devices at home successfully). Salesperson misguided me on the self-proclaimed high quality of the chinese switch .. it was my mistake to believe in him due to shop’s loyalties and bought it. As I plugged it at home, it instantaneously did not work and the very next day I took it to them and asked them to do a replacement.. to my surprise; the counter sales person (a co-owner) started talking to me in utterly ill manner that they do not own any responsibility of thongs sold .. At the same time, the well known dolphin switch has warranty of full one year. The owner started arguing that the switch ‘burned’ due to over voltage (a total non-sense) .. when I tried to persuade him that all of my other devices connected with earlier fixed dolphin switch did not ‘burn’ under same electrical system .. then he started bashing dolphin …
I simply asked that I came back to them immediately just because I had trust on them and i am such an old and regular customer with a trust that they will regard my loyalties by replacing or entertaining a claim but owner’s statement gave me immense sorrow “impossible; I won’t do it…you may not come to us as we don’t care” as if they reallt don’t care for their customers anymore as their business has grown immensely.
I smashed the regulator switch out of mixed feeling of anger and remorse and stepped out .. never to step back to Chaudhry Electronics Township ..
I took pain to write this all to beware all of the ‘loyal’ customers that this is not the shop worth your brand loyalties anymore as they are plunged into self proclaim pride.
So message for all to take away is … 》 beware of this fraudulent shop / group and do not waste your hard earned money. They won’t entertain you once you are in trouble.
