I clearly mentioned the crispy box in my order but they deliver my twister combo. 9 called back and told them they have punched wrong menu item when I clearly mentioned my item twice and they said that it not possible to change it… What kind of service it is? It’s clearly the employee fault and I am bearing the crises why??? Furthermore while talking they close the phone this is a very rude behavior for a company who has a big name. I need the recording and want an a clear explanation on this feud.
