1. If Mr. Behzad is a newby then why was he allowed to sample a newborn baby? Is this for what we pay a hefty amount over tests that could be performed at much less prices in the market.
2. When I displayed my corporate discount card, why was the discount not allowed?
3. Such an incident with an IN charge not implementing a discount clearly depicts a grudge against the customer as although they couldn’t have said anything to me directly. Why should I be sure that tests performed and results provided are optimum and not just an attempt to get rid of the situation?
4. I complained in writing to Chughtai Lab via email and asked them to kindly respond me with investigation report of the incident and what preemptive measures they have taken so that same incident shouldn’t be repeated with others. However they fail to do so hence compelling me to take the matter to competent law forum.
