I am sharing my experience with Clothing Inn Pakistan (clothinginn.com).
I ordered two baby frocks and made the advance payment requested by the seller. Before payment, they were actively communicating with me and provided the Easypaisa account details themselves. I transferred the payment and they acknowledged it.
After receiving my payment, they stopped responding properly to my WhatsApp messages and stopped answering my calls. I also did not receive satisfactory dispatch or tracking information, and my number appeared to have been blocked or ignored.
To check whether the business was still active, I contacted the same business from another phone number without telling them that I was the customer with the existing paid order. They responded immediately on the other number and were willing to take another order and request advance payment, while my existing paid-order communication remained unanswered.
After I started sharing my experience on Instagram, Clothing Inn also blocked me on Instagram.
I have preserved the payment receipt, WhatsApp conversations and other supporting evidence.
I am posting this complaint to document my experience and warn other customers to exercise caution before making advance payments to this business.
