TCS CN: 807025431606 on 28-may-2022 Saturday 12:55 PM recieved by me FARHAN AMANAT in Lahore Punjab Pakistan
The rider attitude was so bad toward me and when he was calling, he spoken so rudely to me. But at same day at 12.55 PM he was not at place and said me to come to his place and recieve parcel. Instead of her duty to do so. I want to ask TCS that I had paid TCS for parcel so why rider asked me to come to his place instead of coming to parcel address. And he was only miss calling me and not receiving proper calls. Resolve this rider firstly to maintain your customer service. My experience with TCS this time was so bad.
