i am a careem captain Ch Mulazam Hussain(03105944251) today 17 april 2019 it is to inform you that on 14 April 2019 I got a ride ,trip number (757007477) at the destination the customer informed me that he will pick his mother from there and will went to another destination before getting informed me I ended the ride. then I informed to company about that they continued the ride trip number (757013947) from this ride customer spend almost 6 hour with me. the amount of this ride was 2220 rupees. The maim problem is that the first ride whose amount became 147 rupees , customer didn’the paid that amount but I click to paid by mistake. I then inform to company the careem agent asked me to send a message to distribute if the customer didn’the paid that amount we will pay you that. I am upset today when I informed about fine of rupees 500. kindly return it to me and pay me the amount of rupees 147 which you told me to do so.Otherwise I will not continue with your company.
