I purchased daewoo tickets at booking id-69912 .We reached terminal before 5 pm and our arrival time was 5:15pm at 20th Dec 2019.But they denied to gave tickets and said bus is already full.I locked multiple complaint via their call center services but they did not refund my amount of 4800 rupees.Even i said check footage details as well but they didn’t facilitate to me.Kindly look at your earliest.
