Complaint about TCS office Rawalakot Azad Kashmir POONCH (AJK)
My tracking number is 774514597885. Tcs rawalakot call me and said rcv your parcel from our office .i said you have deliver my parcel on my address as i m living in the centre of the city and every courier service can reach within 10 minutes. They did not come to my address and return my parcel with the statis that i am not available on my address. They are telling lie. They never come to my address. I am very dossappointed from your service. Your irresponsible behaviour . I can also provide the fone call record . They did not pick my call after first call.
