Complaint against TCS Islamabad
Yesterday (22-05-2019) a courier was booked from Abbotttabad for Islamabad and at the time of booking information was given on counter that the courier will be delivered between 11 :00 to 12 :00 on Thursday (23-05-2019). But till now i am waiting for courier and time is 3 : 35 PM. I Call twice at the services center of TCS and they are asking me to do more wait.
This is very pathetic from TCS, Services are really below standard and it give me lot of loss as the courier is not delivered in office timing.
