I am an Company account holder in MCB Bank since last 10 years. ( I want to bring this into your kind attention that the MCB Bank manager and staff does not behave properly. Not only me, many other people are also unsatisfied due to same reason. They speak very harshly and misbehave whenever we ask them anything.
I request you to take appropriate action and warn them to provide us services that we deserve.
