Complaint Against Unauthorized Construction
Respected Sir,
My self Hussain(i want to hide my identity) like to register the complaint against Mr.Yasin Khatri S\O Allah Bux Khatri (Plot owner naseeruddin)it is Muslim auqaf trust property.he is residing in house No.10/206 Gulsha road Ghulsha colony Pinjra pole hyderabad sindh .This person is illegaly reconstructing his house without any permission.There is no approval from Auqaf trust and SBCA.He has covered 100% of the Covered area(Atually acording to the approved map of SBCA.it is the gally beetwwin the house rows)which is against the laws.There is no map approval has been taken from SBCA zonal office.And also he has covered a part of footpath(govt.road)due to which all peopal suffer and vehicle passing problem are taking place.He has also dumped lot of building material and Malba on this footpath and even on the main road. Also being a concerned citizen i would like to bring to your notice for appropriate action as it could lead to fatal accident to people.
Due to this illegal construction i would like to high light the problems (no ventilation,sun light) people & cracking of walls taking place.
So please i request you to kindly take action against this illegal contruction.
