I am very sorry to say yours manager based in tcs office chiniot is a non professional and strange person. He has no atticates and not having any skills to talk with customers. In pakistan tcs have a brand but because of these kinds of persons,your customers are suffering. His behaviour with me is not suit with your organisation. I am really hurt. A parcel from daraz has come 2 days before. And when i asked him to deliver. He replied you have only this work but i have a lot of works. Now please manage your staff. I think they are over worked. Or give them trainings how to deal with customers. This ugly type of behaviour may cause decrease your business in future. Thanx
