Hello, I am living at Flat 674/2 F Street 82 G 6/4 Islamabad. The address and street number is clearly mentioned and for convenience, i have written on my main door. I was due to receive results of O levels from British Council. Instead of delivering results at my address, your courier delivered it to my neighbors. This is the second incident in which he made the same mistake causing me lot of pain.
Second part of results of British council are also due in coming days and I fear he would do the same mistake.
Kindly, guide your courier for proper delivery.
