it is stated with all due respect that on 26-09-2016 request account sms alerts was submitted successfully that is application number 0619.but upto this time there is activation of sms alerts .contacted to helpline officer again he said that there is no any application submitted with us.so i asked that please verify the request no 0619 and resolve my problem
as soon as possible.thanking you in anticipation.
