Dear concern
I’m your visa platinum card holder and a frequent user of this facility. I am a holder of many credit cards but never experienced the kind of services UBL is providing. I got a call from your representative who convinced me to registered for monthly instalment plan which I agreed . Furthermore he said that I would be getting new Bill from next which will reflect the installment amount which I have to pay in time. Since they I did not receive any Bill or statement instead I’m getting messages and reminders from a call #0336-1089826 stating to pay my Bill immediately else my card will be charged OD and May go to delinquency. I registered a complaint on your helpline about this any requested for a Bill but I didn’t receive any Bill as yet. How can you send messages and reminders from a private number to me with out issuing a Bill or statement?- I am sure bank must have any official dedicated number which might be used for sms alerts or messages purpose. I want my statement immediately and update about the person who is sending these sms to me?
