I have to report two type of complaint,
1. last month sept 2017 i made a complaint to customer services that without my conscent they send me sms services charges but after discussion with them they told me to pay charges on that monthly bill, next time they will not send me any sms charges and they discontinue my sms services from that day and i haven’t received there any sms from that day. This month Oct 2017 i had faced same problem that i had charged wih sms charges and i didn’t received a single sms. Kindly wave out this sms charges from my bill of Oct and resend me corrective copy of bill via email.
2. i already requested several times to send ne bill copy via email but haven’t received any bill via email.
This is to inform you that your customer services are the worst experience i have faced so far as compare to other banks.
Please contact me as sooner as possible to solved these issues.
