silk credit card no 4588260000007387 for last 4 or 5 years.but i never activated nor used credit card.none from silk bank called or SMS me on my this no 03004216136 in 5 years.suddenly on 7.3.18 ,i received sms 0f payment of amount Rs 1276.For what and why i pay that i never used your services it is a great blunder. it is bad banking. pl see into the matter and clear this amount otherwise i will take this matter to STATE BANK in written form.
I am facing same problem. Never activated or used Silk Bank Credit Card and received SMS that Rs. 1450/- is due in 18 days. This is unethical banking and must be legally penalized.
