on October 4th, 2018 i booked a ride for my family and Captain Umair Ahmed (Car # LEB-9471) charged PKR 430 but the bill amount was PKR 177. I filed a complaint through email but i didnt get any response. I also filed a complaint on 042111227336 and my complaint number is 556442543 but i am still waiting for the response. Now if i call on the same number through my registered number then i only have the option (recorded message) to be a captain.I request you to resolve my issue and refund the access amount charged by Captain Umair Ahmed (Car # LEB-9471).
