Today I gave to a call to ask about my account details. Osama received the call on on 11.13 AM. Please check the recording that what he is trying to teach to customer. He is a service provider he should understand his responsibilities rather than being a teacher……… Please take immediately step and make sure it should not be happen. Basically this guy is not suitable for this position.
