So I saw their website and the first thing I asked them over the chat is if their products are fake, i instantly got a reply saying the products are 100% original. I asked for actual photos of the product and she sent me real photo from google (I only found out later) so the photo seemed real and hence i ordered it. When i received the package , not only was the product very different from the photos i received, it was in flimsy cardboard packaging when the original comes in a hard plastic case. I instantly knew it was fake and i contacted customer service where i sent them photos of the product they sent me and the product i received were two very different products i was told to wait and after i wait there would be no response, this happened for about five days of me trying to return fake products, and its frustrating when someone keeps ignoring messages and keeps telling you to wait and nothing is being done at their end. I messaged on the 5th day again saying that this is bad customer service (which it was) told them its unprofessional what theyre doing (which it was) and thats not how to run a legitimate businuess based on lies and deception towards the customer (which you shouldnt) and i was then blocked from this business.

I have bought a kryolan stick from Cutish. Pk.. Its not like real packing as well as they send me wrong 3W numbering.While I have asked for return many times… They said wait wait… But now it’s more than a month… Their wait never ends… They not even answering my text or calls now.. It is too much frustrating… It’s a waste of money to buy things from them as well as they irritate you by continuously ignoring ur texts or calls

I experienced the same story. I had asked them about Tarte palette. And they said 100% same story.
But I have still not ordered. Allah ka shukr I came across this page. Thank you soo much for giving this info.
