Dear Sir,
I would like to bring in your kind notice that my complain is regarding DAEWOO online system that, I was booked a seat for my daughter who is a student of Engineering University, on 31.12.2016 at 2130 hrs bus time from Sadiqabad to Lahore at 0730 hrs (12 hrs before) thru DAEWOO online booking system.
They send a SMS regarding my reservation for Seat No. 18 confirmation at 0735 hrs. Their SMS is saved in my mobile. They instruct me that I should reach at Sadiqabad Terminal before 30 min departure of the bus. Sir, in this connection, I hired a Rental Taxi in Rs. 800 in the night and reached at Terminal @ 2030 hrs (before 60 mins before departure of the bus). At the time of receiving Ticket, the Terminal staff told me that they have no intimation about my reservation as per their record.
So, they have alloted my seat No. 18 to another person and he has also got the ticket. After listening that, I was shocked and start to shout but they don’t cooperate me regarding my already reservation. Their terminal Manager was also run away from Terminal. After wasting of some time they given a seat No. 40 to my daughter (which was last seat, it is mostly remained empty for security guard, and allotment of this seat action is totally illegal as per DAEWOO Policy).
Sir, behavior of Sadiqabad DAEWOO Staff was totally rude to me and also other persons those were present at the same Terminal. Sir, Express News Channel is the best channel of the country. It is also my favourite channel. Sir, it is requested to please do something about this situation as soon as possible. You can contact me thru my cell no. for any detail and proof.
