I am a regular traveller from Lahore to Multan. I have been continously suffering delayed travels from Daewoo. Every week they take 6 to 7 hours travel to reach Lahore. Moreover they do not have any policy in case of traffic or road blocks. they do not take alternative roots, even in case of planned road blocks. The manager never bothers to support customers in case of problems during travel. Our bus stuck in road block due to mistake of driver, and management even did pick up the call to give directions to driver in such difficult situation. It is simply dishonesty with customers. They are just using the customers only for making money, with out providing any standard support.
