sir my seat was in a bus which may departured at 8.25pm but on almost 3.15pm a call received from daewoo office that my time has changed to 4.25pm. then on request he change it into 5.25pm. and now on reaching rawalpindi at 7.25a.m shuttle service is available at 8.30 a.m. so much wait. kindly improve your both services. at least you can increase the numbr of shuttle vans at the time of need.
