Dear admin
Today i called the daewoo office and asked about the tickets availability for 24 june and they told me that tickets booking are closed but tickets are available on “advanced booking counter”. I traveled all the way from Islamabad to the daewoo head office and waited for 3 hours to call upon and when i got the chance to talk to the receptionist he declined to give me ticket because all the tickets were sold out and i was advised to file a complain to management office. When i went to management office to file a complain then the manager Mr Jawad Ali not only ignored my problem but also showed the level of unprofessional attitude in an insulted way. I protest against the ruthlessness of the company’s attitude towards the civil society in Eid and other holy days.If the Pakistan’s largest and so called no.1 transport company is dealing its customers then its something which should be ashamed of. I hope this message will be taken seriously and some actions will be taken to accomodate company’s customers.
