Sir i requested u to plz change this illitrate person who is sitting on tickitng counter at rawalpindi terminal .I ask him to confirm my seat and he rply me that all seats are already booked,then i come outside of pessenger lounge and i call on ur UAN no and ask for confirmation and he confirmed my seat .my requst is to repalce this stupid boy who annoy all pesengers like hi done with me.thanks ur action will highly preshable .
